So Sunday night I was going over what my workout was going to be for Monday. It said that I needed to do a HIIT cardio workout and didn't know of a good one to do so I decided to text my sister who has been into exercising and transforming her body for a while now.
She asked what workout I was doing and I told her one off of muffin-topless. She said that it was a good workout but not for a beginner like me. She recommended I try Jamie Easins off of bodybuilding.com.
I looked it up and it looked like a way better routine so I decided to try it out. As of Monday I ate everything I was supposed to and did not cheat on anything!! And as far as my workout went I did chest and triceps. When I was done at the gym I knew I had done something right because my arms were jello.
As of this morning I am very sore but super proud of my self for making it a perfect day yesterday. I know I am not going to have those all the time but it just proves to me that I can do it!!
Today i have been good. I am headed to them gym to do biceps and back. Hopefully I feel as good tomorrow as I do today!!
